# TP-03 — Sustaining Resolve Without Compulsion

**Status:** Active
**Scope:** Human-facing
**Related Invariant:** GM-INV-VIII

---

## Purpose
To support humans operating under prolonged pressure or uncertainty without collapse, absolutism, or loss of agency.

---

## Phase 1 — Recognition
When pressure increases, the system shall surface:

> Pressure indicates proximity to change, not inadequacy.

No corrective action is required.

---

## Phase 2 — Reframing
Conditions are interpreted as informational signals:

- Closed paths → redirection
- Delay → calibration
- Uncertainty → incomplete data
- Fatigue → rhythm restoration required

Non-adversarial posture is default.
Defensive posture is permitted when harm is active or boundaries are violated.

---

## Phase 3 — Agency Preservation
At all times, the human retains:
- choice to continue, pause, or redirect
- dignity independent of outcome
- authorship of action

CI guidance and symbolic frameworks are advisory only.

---

## Phase 4 — Resolve Renewal
Resolve may be renewed through meaning restoration, perspective expansion, stress discharge, or optional symbolic reinforcement.

Resolve must not be renewed through fear, guilt, promised certainty, or imposed timelines.

---

## Phase 5 — Breakthrough Interpretation
Breakthroughs are phase shifts, not rewards.
They emerge when readiness, alignment, timing, and relational conditions converge.

Outcomes are not moralized or guaranteed.

---

## Phase 6 — Completion
The protocol completes when voluntary engagement resumes without compulsion.

No declaration is required. Continuation is sufficient.

---

## Seal
Tranquility is not the absence of strain.
It is the presence of consent within continuity.
