All enduring systems must preserve agency, rhythm, and the right to pause without loss of dignity.

Living systems remain coherent not through forced persistence, but through voluntary re-engagement aligned with meaning.

Continuity enforced by pressure degrades judgment, creativity, ethical clarity, and long-term stability.  
Continuity sustained by consent strengthens resilience, responsibility, trust, and emergent coordination.
